Ms. Igene Services, LLC has been designed and structured to cover the following Cleaning Service areas: Residential (Houses, condominiums, apartments); Residential Move-in/Move-out; Vacation Rentals; Businesses and Commercial/Office Janitorial and Cleaning Services; among other industry related services. - Other services include but does not limit to: Errand Services, House Sitting, Pet Sitting, and House maintenance Referral Services (e.g., Landscape, Carpet Cleaning, Handyman, and alike).

Bedroom, living room and common areas –
- Dust & wipe down all accessible surfaces
- Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
- Dust & vacuum between sofa cushions
- Clean all accessible floor surfaces
- Make Beds
- Take out garbage/recycling and clean/deodorize garbage receptacle
Bathrooms –
- Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink
- Dust & wipe down all accessible surfaces
- Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
- Clean all accessible floor surfaces
- Take out garbage/recycling and wipe down/deodorize garbage receptacle
Kitchen –
- Dust & wipe down all accessible surfaces
- Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes
- Wipe down exterior of cabinets, stove, oven and fridge
- Clean all accessible floor surfaces
- Take out garbage/recycling and wipe down/deodorize garbage receptacle
EXTRAs – Upon request... And part of most major Detailed Deep Cleaning Service packages. Most cleaning extras add one hour ($35.00) of time of cleaning service – *
