We may not be the most inexpensive cleaning service company, but we pride in being one of the most thorough and complete cleaning service providers in the industry. The estimated prices you will see in our Ms. Igene Services catalog are those best estimates we have identified from our thousands of service visits we have made to beautiful homes and businesses. * We absolutely try our best to stay within our rate estimates - but we have learned (and appreciate) that not all service locations and cleaning service requirements are alike... Among other items, we take the following into consideration as we build and provide final quotes: square footage of service location, number of occupants, number of rooms, contents, pets, and type of cleaning service requested.

Description of Ms. Igene’s Standard ("regular") Residential Cleaning Services.

Bedroom, living room and common areas –

  • Dust & wipe down all accessible surfaces.
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures.
  • Dust & vacuum between sofa cushions.
  • Clean all accessible floor surfaces (sweep, mop, vacuum).
  • Make Beds (Client will provide new/clean linen).
  • Take out garbage/recycling and clean/deodorize garbage receptacle.

Bathrooms –

  • Wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink (as applicable)
  • Dust & wipe down all accessible surfaces.
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures.
  • Clean all accessible floor surfaces (sweep, mop, vacuum).
  • Take out garbage/recycling and wipe down/deodorize garbage receptacle.

Kitchen –

  • Dust & wipe down all accessible surfaces.
  • Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes (does not include washing dishes by hand).
  • Wipe down exterior side of cabinets, stove, oven and fridge.
  • Wipe down exterior/interior of microwave.
  • Clean all accessible floor surfaces (sweep, mop, vacuum).
  • Take out garbage/recycling and wipe down/deodorize garbage receptacle.

  • Interior cabinets (does not include washing dishes) - * Larger kitchens may require additional costs.
  • Pantries (one pantry per additional cost) - * Larger pantries may require additional costs.

  • Blinds (Window - up to 5 blinds) - $5.00 per additional window blind
  • Blinds (Glass Doors - up to 3 blinds) - $10.00 per additional glass door blind
  • Interior glass Windows/windowsills/Tracks (up to 10 windows) - $5.00 per additional window
  • Closets (one closet per additional cost) - * Larger closets (walk-in closets) may require additional costs.

RESIDENTIAL DETAILED DEEP CLEANING SERVICES - Post Construction/Remodeling; Move Out/In; Pre/Post Events; Spring Cleaning; Selling "Staging"; other.

  • Detailed Deep Cleaning Service of all service location spaces (bedroom/s, bathroom/s, living room, kitchen, dining room, and all common areas) to include all Standard cleaning Services PLUS:
    •  Interior side of windows, windowsills, and tracks
    • Cobwebs/high dust
    • Complete interior home dusting (top/bottom/sideways)
    • Ceiling fans and light fixtures (as applicable - reachable with a three (3) step ladder)
    • All doors (both sides)
    • Light switches and knobs
    • Baseboards/frames
    • Interior/Exterior cleaning kitchen cabinets (does not include washing dishes)
    • Interior/Exterior cleaning bathroom cabinets
    • Interior/Exterior cleaning refrigerator (one per kitchen)
    • Interior/Exterior cleaning oven (one per kitchen)
    • Clean and Polish kitchen stainless steel appliances (refrigerator and/or stove - as applicable) * Will not remove existing scratches.
    • Interior/Exterior cleaning dishwasher (one per kitchen - as applicable)
    • Interior/Exterior cleaning Washer and Dryer (as applicable)
    • All floors (tile/hardwood/carpet - sweep, mop, vacuum)

TIP: We recommend minimizing any "clutter" and put away any loose items beforehand, in order to help maximize the quality and quantity of cleaning service rendered.

WARRANTY - We strive for 100% Satisfaction! Please let us know within 24 hours of cleaning service completion, if any discrepancies are found (from purchased service package), and we will return to fix it for free.
