Standard Residential Cleaning Services Include:

** We consider various factors when providing final estimates/quotes, including service location's square footage, number of rooms, staircases, number of occupants, pets, and the type of service requested.
Bedrooms, Living Rooms, and Common Areas:
- Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces
- Vacuuming between sofa cushions
- Making beds (with fresh linens provided by the client)
- Clean all accessible floor surfaces (sweep, mop, vacuum)
- Taking out garbage/recycling and deodorizing receptacles
Bathrooms:
- Sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks
- Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces
- Wipe down exterior cabinets
- Cleaning mirrors & glass fixtures
- Clean all floor surfaces (sweep & mop)
- Taking out garbage/recycling and deodorizing receptacles
Kitchens:
- Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces
- Loading dishwasher (excludes hand washing dishes)
- Cleaning the exterior of cabinets, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Taking out garbage/recycling and deodorizing receptacles
Extras (Available upon request for an additional $40.00 per service):
- Interior cabinets, fridges, and ovens (per item)
- Window blinds (additional costs for large quantities)

Ms. Igene Services, LLC also offers free booking assistance for services like exterior window cleaning, carpet cleaning, errands, garage cleaning, pressure washing, and more.
Residential Detailed Deep Cleaning Services:
Perfect for post-construction, remodeling, move-in/move-out, or seasonal deep cleaning needs. This service includes all standard cleaning tasks, plus:
- Interior cleaning of windows, windowsills & tracks
- Cobwebs
- Complete Interior residence dusting (top/bottom/sideways)
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (* as applicable)
- All doors (both sides) handles & knobs
- Baseboards/Moldings
- Interior/Exterior kitchen cabinets & drawers
- Interior/Exterior bathroom cabinets & drawers
- Interior/Exterior refrigerator, Oven, Microwave
- All floors (tile/hardwood/carpet - sweep, mop, vacuum)
Warranty:
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If any issues are found within 24 hours of service completion, we’ll return to fix it for free.
