You are the boss! Whether you're home or away, Ms. Igene Services, LLC is committed to delivering the highest quality service - guaranteed.

If you prefer not to be present, we offer safe and secure options, such as key copies or electronic access codes, to make the process easy and worry-free.

We also announce our Cleaning Team's arrival and notify you when your service is completed.

• Residential Cleaning: Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Business/Commercial/Janitorial Cleaning: Monday through Saturday, with flexible evening or early morning scheduling based on your needs.
• Vacation Rental Turnovers: Scheduled according to guest check-out and check-in times.

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply give us a call at least 24 hours in advance, and our Operations Team will gladly assist you.

Because our Cleaning team members' schedules are carefully structured and their time is valuable, late changes do affect them directly.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% charge of the total service cost.
• Changes made within one hour of the appointment will incur 70% charge.
