We announce the arrival of your assigned Cleaning Teams... and the completion and departure of your assigned Cleaning Teams when the cleaning service is complete.

• Residential Cleaning Hours: Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Business/Commercial/Janitorial Hours: Monday through Saturday; According to customers' evening or early morning hours needs, wants, and desires.
• Vacation Rental Cleaning Hours: In accordance with "check-out/in" schedule requirements.

Ms. Igene Services, LLC understands that you are busy and “things happen.” If you must cancel or reschedule service, please just give us a call outside 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and our operations management team will help you.

Ms. Igene Services, LLC apologizes beforehand. Please understand that Ms. Igene Services, LLC’s team members are paid by the hour, and their schedules are delicately structured to maximize their service hours.

For any “last-minute” (within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment) changes or cancellations you make to a confirmed booking, you’ll be charged 30% of the total cost of the booked cleaning appointment. Any change or cancellation within one (1) hour of a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 70% of the total cost of the booked appointment.
