As all other companies (and the rest of the world) adapt to the ever-changing impact of COVID-19, the affect for Ms. Igene has been no different. We have all felt our lives and the world changing as this pandemic progressed. People of all walks of life have had to, in one way or another, adapt to tremendous change. Aside from continuing to keep a positive and optimistic outlook, here’s how we have responded-
To ensure the utmost level of precaution, our cleaning teams wear Safety masks/Face coverings, Gloves, and Safety vests at all times during the cleaning service. We make it a priority to minimize any exposure into and/or out of your home as it is just as much of an importance to us, as it is to you.
To encourage Social Distancing, we are asking that homes be vacant during cleaning service times. We understand it’s not always possible! So, we kindly ask that you join us (6 feet apart) in strictly following the Social Distance guidelines for yours, and our, safety and security.
Because we understand that everyone is coping differently, we understand that you may not be ready to invite us into your home. And, that’s ok! In the meantime, we encourage you all to continue following all of the CDCs cleaning guidance and recommendations including- clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces (tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks). If surfaces are dirty, clean them. Then, use a household disinfectant. Until we are able to have a better grasp on this New Normal, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions and/or concerns.
